The ArcMind Story
ArcMind AI was born from Coffee Marketing Digital, a Bournemouth-based performance marketing agency. In 2025, we started building an internal AI system called “coffeebrain” to automate our own operations.
What started as a simple experiment became something transformational. Within months, coffeebrain had over 100 AI skills, integrated with 8 platforms, and was handling everything from client reporting to market analysis to content creation. Our three-person team was operating with the output of a team three times our size.
Other business owners noticed. They asked: “Can you build that for us?”
ArcMind AI is our answer. We took the methodology, the architecture, and the lessons learned from building coffeebrain and created a structured consultancy offering. Every recommendation we make, we have tested on ourselves first. Every system we propose, we have already built a version of it.
